This APU was discounted last month, as well, but today’s discount is even greater making it the lowest price we’ve seen for the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G since it first launched. We reviewed this line of processors when they debuted and the Ryzen 5 5600G had an MSRP of $259, making this quite a discount from its initial price tag.

The AMD Ryzen 5 5600G has 6 cores and a total of 12 threads. This APU has a base clock speed of 3.9 GHz but its performance is most notable when pushed past this baseline standard.
Users can overclock this processor up to 4.4GHz with boost clock enabled as it comes unlocked for overclocking. The AMD Ryzen 5 5600G can support DDR4-3200 via two channels.
